We do our best to ensure that the products we make and carry are of the highest quality.  However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receipt of order, except personalized or custom orders which are not eligible for return or exchange. Bella Girl Boutique must be contacted before returning the item(s) or a refund will not be given.
